Can YOU give a gift of HOPE to a child?
HOPE receives no Federal or State funding and must rely solely upon corporate and individual contributions, grants and the proceeds from fund-raising events to underwrite operational expenses. While a nominal tuition of $180.00 per 6-week session is charged to students (the actual cost is over $380 per session), a large number are unable to pay this fee. It is HOPE 's desire to make lessons available regardless of ability to pay, to that end we offer scholarships, beyond what we already subsidize, based on need.

Help HOPE to be more than just a pony ride!
The world of horses is an inherently expensive field. In addition to needing to be fed, our 9 HOPE horses require regular veterinary & farrier care, which can be quite costly. Of course, each horse must also be fitted with multiple saddles, sized appropriately for them as well as their riders. Because of the wide variety of disabilities that HOPE students have, we need to be able to provide an extensive selection of specialized reins, stirrups and other safety equipment in order to maximize the student's ability to interact with his or her horse. With nearly 350 individual and group lessons offered each year, it's only natural that the equipment needs regular repairs or replacements.
